coconut oil/blood type O (was Side effects of Fish oils)

wow. i am a type O+ and i have an allergic reaction to coconut oil.

i also am recovering from mercury poisoning and have allergic

reactions to a lot of things. i am hoping that once i get the

mercury out i can go back to eating coconut oil.

do you know if this applies to coconuts as well or just the oil? i

love coconut milk and the meat of both mature and young

coconuts.
