This is something I've been thinking about ... making pemmican. Care to

Have you tried fried dried anchovies? Even a New York food

critic called them " unexpectedly addictive " . I find they taste

like potato chips, but I can't eat very many of them, they

are too filling. Very portable though. More nutritious than

pemmican, and far, far easier!
