Sally posted something here a couple of weeks ago which said peppermint

oil can cause reflux. My husband was using it for IBS and gave it up and

his reflux has since cleared up (but he has also started betaine and

pepsin so we are not sure which one has caused the improvement or

whether it was a combination) just a thought, (I think it was a

Wikipedia link she posted so easy to find)
