(OT) Computer help, please

How do I back up all my files SIMPLY, please? Especially my e-mails

which are in Outlook Express. I have XP home edition.

Henry's dad did a back up for me, then a repair instal of Windows. I

knew there were things wrong with the computer which is why I wanted

the back up. Anyway, after this and SP 3 and the other updates I

can't get into Internet Explorer at all and the computer I guess

will have to be wiped. I shall take it in to the shop on Monday. I

type this on Henry's laptop.

The back up was horribly complicated, IMHO. How are people supposed

to do this for themselves?
