I don't know whether PCness has changed ASDisorder to ASCondition.

Anyway this is Southwark's draft attempt at a policy. I can comment on

it as a Southwark resident. I thought it might be of general interest if

entirely off topic. If anyone (like Zoe) has got any trenchant points

they would like me to make just say the word. Personally it seems such a

load of old waffle I can hardly read it.
