In my limited experience, if you feel it is unkind, it probably is!

Whichever supplement you feel isn't doing him any good is probably

either causing a reaction or causing die-off- maybe too quickly. If he

is really sensitive, cut right back and try again, or much much much

better still - try SCD. Read 'gut and psychology syndrome' by Natasha

McBride - it was a life changer for us. We were also opening

ridiculous amounts of supps and also sad that I was giving too many.

Really turned things around now and Tom is on the up and up with way

less supps and SCD.
