Our son does really really well on transdermal glutathione by Kirkmans. It is one of our top supplements!

Herbs like green tea and grape (not g/fruit) seed extract and milk thistle boost glutathione. Sea and lake algae are fantastic boosters of glutathione – any really, spirulina, chlorella, kamath (Sp?) lake algae...

Re getting ldn, I copied this from an adult ldn yahoo list 2 years ago for an adult friend with ms, it could still be valid info (or try finding that list+join)
