salmon eggs-- preservatives

Hello all,

I buy salmon eggs in a pre-packaged unlabeled glass jar from a fresh

fish store in my town, and at the store they were unable to tell me

what else was added to the jar. I am just wondering if anyone has any

ideas what preservatives, etc. might be in there? Or if I'm lucky and

they don't have anything added to them?
