Guest guest
Thanks, Heidi, for the tips...I find that I'll be wheat free for awhile and then BANG! I have a piece of cake or treat myself to a chocolate croissant with the excuse " I haven't eaten wheat in ages...I deserve some yummy bread...if I put lots of butter on it, it's actually good for me... " and then binge on the stuff for days. The addictive nature of wheat makes it almost impossible to have " just one piece. " Man oh man do I love crusty sourdough bread toasted with tons of butter on it. Believe me, I have no intention of cutting out my beloved potatoes and rice...I need to get some good aged basmati, though. *********************************** cut the WHEAT and still eat rice, potatoes etc. > Psychologically it's a whole lot simpler!
