I'm getting an inkling of possible turnarounds in behavior when going GF. Dh

and i were *almost* GF last week and this week. He said this week he has

been very clear-headed, more so than he can remember being in a long time.

He is suddenly lighter than he has been in ages too. I have added gluten to

almost every meal the last couple of days because i have an antibody test

friday. My psoriasis (which i only recently realized is an autoimmune

disease, duh!) has flared up, worse than in ages, and man am i crabby! I

think even if the test comes back negative i'll go ahead and quit eating it

anyway. I'm pretty convinced. I'm ever so slowly removing it from my 3

y.o.'s diet and she doesn't seem to notice. Because we live in community

she'll never be GF while we live here. The other kids here subsist largely

on wheat products.
