Guest guest
>Heidi, could you share your kefir ranch dressing recipe? Here is the original recipe (I got it from someone else). I use kefiili cream instead of kefir, which is thicker, so I don't need mayo, I add a little water to thin it. I've also made it with " ranch dressing mix " that someone bought at a street fair. I suspect there are lots of recipes out there ... just sub kefir for the other white stuff. I've used just a bit of onion powder, crushed garlic, and salt and that's good. Or make Tzaziki style: chopped cuke and dill and garlic and salt, to taste. ------------------------------------ 1 cup plain kefir, butter milk, or yogurt 1 cup mayonnaise 1 clove minced garlic 2 green onions chopped 1 teaspoon finely minced fresh ginger salt to taste your choice of sweetener to taste Blend all ingredients in blender till smooth. It's good on lettuce and tomato salad.
