Guest guest
Greetings: In one of the posts earlier today, there was talk of holding off on medication. Why would anyone want to hold off from taking medication? If the medication is there to offer relief it would seem that one would take it, right? Personally, I have several medical dis-orders and I have learned the consequences of not taking prescriptions. The only time I haven't taken anything is when I have forgotten. Do I ever feel it the next day! Everything from my hair to my toenails hurts. Joints especially! Also feeling guilty about not being able to do stuff around the house? As a woman from childhood, I was programmed by society to believe that no matter what I had to keep a tidy home. Today I am not so strict on myself. I have even figured out that I can access home help without feeling guilty. So find out if there is any help from an agency close by and consider using them.
