So frustrated I am. And why do companies lie? They tell you a products is gum

free, you order it and then it turns out to have gums.

So does anyone out there know of a gum free coconut cream?I have little extra

time to start making it. I used to just run coconut meat through my juicer

and voila- out came coconut cream.

pray tell--what co. did you order from that said no gum and there was??? I'm

on the search for good Coco cream, too--don't have time to make my own.

we had thought that quality first was without gum, but last week they

called me and said that in fact, there was indeed gum. perhaps the WFN

glass bottles...

Well, i just got some cheapo coco milk from Natural Family or something like

that? it's the generic organic brand. It was pretty thin and said no

preservatives on the can. You could try it.

Come May or June, WFN will have a genuinely gum-free coconut cream. At the

moment they have a gum-free coconut milk, but of course it's thinner and

carbier.
