I haven't ever used those packets, but Lawry's and Old Bay

have similar stuff in them ... mainly paprika and chili,

some salt, garlic granules, onion powder, cumin.

I ordered a salsa seasoning from azurestandard.com that we're really

enjoying. We use it for salsa but i think it would translate to anything

that needed to taste mexican. Oregon Spice Company makes it.
