According to Heidi, who is going by Dr. Fine's info, I believe, it heals

microscopic colitis, which is one cause of bloating. It's the *bismuth*

doing the trick. And Pepto's a readily available source of bismuth, but if

you have another source that might work too.

Wow, Jo - THANKS for the mini lessons. Excellent! I hadn't separated food

categories into columns, but will do so, and I'll save your instructions and

try them out.
