From Mercola:

The neurotoxicity of mercury (Hg) has long been recognized (5).

" Primary data derive from victims of contaminated fish (Japan - Minamata

Disease) or grain (Iraq, Guatemala, Russia); from acrodynia (Pink Disease)

induced by Hg in teething powders; and from individual instances of mercury

poisoning (HgP), many occurring in occupational settings (e.g., Mad Hatter's

Disease). "

I forgot I had read in " It's All in Your Head " by Hal Huggins, DDS, that

wheat is sometimes sprayed with mercurial fungicides. Yet another reason not

to eat wheat! (More fule for your arsenal, Your Glutenatorship :-)

But also, there is the syndrome mentioned above " Mad Hatter's Disease " .

Hatters used to use mercury to paint hats, and apparently they often licked

the tip of the instrument they painted with. This made them kinda batty,

hence the term " Mad Hatter " . Just makes me wonder if there's a related

occupational hazard among Silicon Valley-ites that sets them up for having

more Autistic kids than the general population?
