Guest guest Posted May 4, 2004 Report Share Posted May 4, 2004 Easy Basic Salad Dressing Combine and blend in blender until all ingredients have emulsified and the texture is thickened and satin-like. 1/2 c Apple Cider vinegar or Kombucha or liquid from lacto-fermented cabbage 1.2 c water 1.3 -1.2 c honey 2 1/2 c oil 1 1/2 t dry mustard (important for emulsification) 1 1/2 t salt Optional variations 2 t dill weed 1/2 t garlic 1 t oregano 1 t basil Refrigerate any leftovers.
