Guest guest Posted December 21, 2008 Report Share Posted December 21, 2008 Hi, We're running a pairing program to get our 11 year old to eat more fruit and vegetables, especially to replace other snacks and reinforcers. So far this is working really well, last week we targetted celery, yellow pepper and raw carrot. This week we're doing red grapes, kiwi, pineapple and melon. I wondered whether there are certain fruits and raw vegetables that are better for you that we should make sure we target?
