Along those lines - the thing is that white bread has ZERO redeeming value. It has absolutely nothing to offer the body, and can actually do more harm than good by a) being a source of gluten when gluten intolerance is so prevelent in our population and displacing more nutrient-dense foods that your son's body needs to build and sustain his health.
