I posted my " white bread " recipe awhile back ... it's a hit

with kids and makes great pizza crust. It is mostly cornstarch

and potato starch, not what I'd call nutritious but

at least not too harmful.

nutritional value in it...you'd be better off to take the opportunity to

develop his tastes in another direction and put bread by the way...

Along those lines - the thing is that white bread has ZERO redeeming

value. It has absolutely nothing to offer the body, and can actually do more

harm than good by a) being a source of gluten when gluten intolerance is so

prevelent in our population and B) displacing more nutrient-dense foods that

your son's body needs to build and sustain his health. In other words, it's

empty (and potentially harmful) calories.
