Sleepy from Natural Thyroid

Can anyone comment on why a person might feel tired when taking natural thyroid (armour thyroid type)? This is the second person I have worked with who says they feel tired when they take thyroid hormone given them by their doctor, so they have to take it at night. However it comes on relatively rapidly, I don't think it would be time enough to be creating reverse T3, or would it?I'd appreciate any explanations you might offer. Thank you in advance,Leni
