Then it is no problemo. No gluten to worry about and lots of green goodness. But really, life is just better without wheat. . . and barley and rye and most all grains. It's kind of like people who are allergic to peanuts ... 1/3 of a peanut can kill them. Gluten doesn't kill me, but it makes me pretty miserable, even in minute amounts (like getting chicken food under my nails and then accidentally eating it). Probably about 29% of the US has an IgA allergy to gluten to some degree, some worse than others. Also in Teriyaki chicken, when they use soy sauce for the marinade, but I was talking about when I feed my chicks.
