coconot milk (soy substitute) revised recipe -

Someone on the chapter leader list tried Sally's coconut milk recipe that I

posted the other day and said it came out too diluted. So she modified the

recipe and said it came out much tastier this way.

Her recipe:

1 can coconut milk

1 quart water (not 4)

1 tsp. vanilla (you may want to omit this for a GF diet, as I think Heidi

mentioned it could be contaminated with gluten)

4 Tbsp. grade B maple syrup (or you could stick with honey - raw honey, if

you can get it)

She indicated that it was very good.
