Guest guest
I am tempted to buy the above product which is labelled a green superfood - expensive, but would probably work out cheaper than the vitamin supplements I am currently taking (Vit C, A, E and B Complex). However, it contains soy bean, which is obviously not good. Does anyone else here take this product? Is the amount of soy in it harmful to health? (as it's a GoL product, it is pre-fermented and contains the soil enzymes etc). It also contains barley and rye, but is gluten free. I avoid these grains because of the gluten. If they are gluten free, then they are not " whole food " , the gluten must have been extracted. This makes me doubt the quality and claims of the supplement. So, does anyone have thoughts on whether someone who is gluten sensitive should take this or not? Thanks Jo
