Guest guest
I have increased my bile production by increasing my oil consumption. Mostly coconut oil. For the longest time my bowel movements were very light in color. Pale! I asked the doctor. He said not to worry. Well I was worried, and so after much research and experimentation I realized I had been on a low fat diet way to long. The light colored BM's was the result of low bile production. I had adhered to an extremely low fat diet for Years! The body needs fat for a healthy liver and bile production. After eating lots of oil for about two months now,as I said mostly coconut oil, but am using butter and olive oil too. My BM's are the same color they were when I was 8 years old, and I feel better too. Which is a result of better bile flow.
