Kefir makes things sour. If you use

kefiili or viili, it isn't sour.

Not much. They seemed identical to me, so I got rid

of the viili and just kept the kefiili (with grains). The

grains grow nicely in the kefiili, but if a person just

wants viili, you can just take some kefiili without the

grains and add it to some milk.
