Today is day 13, but day 10 for the pepto bismol. My stomach is still pretty

flat and so far I haven't found anything that's really making me bloat other

than perhaps a big bowl of popcorn I had Friday night. But I ate a lot of

food that night and went to bed with a full stomach so am not sure if larger

meals are problematic or if it was the popcorn. In any case, my stomach does

expand with larger meals as I reported earlier, but it seems to go back to

flat when empty (which it did not do when I was chronically bloated).

I may just finish up the bottle of pepto I have as it's almost gone - it

might make it an 11-day protocol as opposed to 10.

Also, I'm feeling more energetic now. I was feeling fatigued during the fast

and for several days after and I'm not sure why, but I had recently reduced

my Armour thyroid dose which could account for it. I re-upped my dose Sat

afternoon and have had noticeably more energy since then, so am guessing

that might have been the culprit.

I also created an Excel spreadsheet for a diet diary with the help of my

dad. It seems easy enough to creat and keep a diary with - the only thing I

have to figure out is how to search it. We looked in the Help section but it

wasn't entirely clear.

I won't be re-introducing dairy for probably another month, but hope to get

some cultured raw grass-fed cream back into my diet when the cows are on

rapidly growing grass again.
