Kara,

I really want to thank you for your e-mail. I have been on the WAPF

site and seen the articles and have begun reading " The Cholesterol

Myth. " I plan to talk this all over with my nutritionist on Wed. who

is a proponent of Nourishing Traditions. Would you mind telling me

what supplements you take to feed your thyroid? I am considering

trying to build more sea vegetables and miso into my diet to support

thyroid. I don't live in CA (I'm in New Jersey), but will show the

book and other info to my " alternative " doctor and discuss with him.

I'm beginning to feel really strongly that I don't intend to take any

kind of statin

Thanks again!

Joan
