Dear All,

I've just finished Nourishing Traditions. I'm a long term CFIDS

patient, and I'm sure that this change of diet will help me. Are

there any members in the UK who can direct me to local suppliers of

cultures etc.

Many thanks, Jo

Hi Jo,

Check out 'Seeds of Health' -- http://www.seedsofhealth.co.uk/index.shtml..

that's the site for all things NT in the UK... we have our own NTUK group

too... ntuk/... there are several of us who are

members of both groups.

>Dear Dedy,

thanks, I appreciate it. I'll join the UK group. I've just finished

reading NT and am sure it will help my health (long term CFS

patient), but it's hard to know where to start when energy levels are

low. I have been experimenting with chicken stocks for a while after

reading a newspaper article about making it from chickens, claws and

all. I've found a butcher locally who can supply organic chooks this

way.

Thanks again Jo

Hi Jo,

I too had CFS... diagnosed in 1995... cutting out all gluten made a HUGE

difference to my health... have you tried that yet?... have had other health

issues.. most have been resolved by progressing from gluten free diet to a Paleo

eating-regime.

Where in the UK do you live?

Dedy
