One way to really lower any toxins would be to use lamb liver from a

good grassfed source. You may have to mail order it but liver is

usually cheap so your biggest expense will be packing and overnight

shipping. I ordered 80.00 worth in December from Colorado (sent to

Atlanta) and I'm still working on using all of it.

Just look for sources on localharvest.com or grassfed.com

Everyone who has ever eaten non-perfectly should do a liver cleanse.

There are toxins all around us. There is a bunch of herbal junk that

doesn't do much in stores. I have used Dr Schulze's stuff

with great success. His books will tell you how to make them yourself.

call 800 herb doc or check out healmarketplace.com

I had hypoglycemia and it is gone since i did the liver cleanse, and

also cleaned out the gallbladder.

I don't check messages on this board real often. If you have

questions, e-mail me privately.
