Guest guest
One way to really lower any toxins would be to use lamb liver from a good grassfed source. You may have to mail order it but liver is usually cheap so your biggest expense will be packing and overnight shipping. I ordered 80.00 worth in December from Colorado (sent to Atlanta) and I'm still working on using all of it. Just look for sources on localharvest.com or grassfed.com Lynn
Guest guest
-- Everyone who has ever eaten non-perfectly should do a liver cleanse. There are toxins all around us. There is a bunch of herbal junk that doesn't do much in stores. I have used Dr Schulze's stuff with great success. His books will tell you how to make them yourself. call 800 herb doc or check out healmarketplace.com I had hypoglycemia and it is gone since i did the liver cleanse, and also cleaned out the gallbladder. I don't check messages on this board real often. If you have questions, e-mail me privately. hope - In , " nermal7676 " <nermal7676@y...> wrote: > I've recently started eating beef liver, but have become concerned > about toxins that might be in it.
