so, actually we're balancing out amber's candida (which is still out of

whack from her trace exposure to wheat and from my candida being out of

whack in the beginning), and our ND just suggested fig and celery. she

doesn't have to eliminate anything. i know that figs work well as an

anti-parasite item, but i need to look into the celery...

for whatever that's worth!

figs kick butt. you can use them to worm horses (etc) as well!
