Hello everyone, I just joined the group, my name is Chrissy, I'm 27, and married. I live with chronic pain with several disorders. I have glossopharyngeal neuralgia, it is neuralgia in the middle ear, throat, tonsil, and tongue. It is miserable. Then I have a female disorder callen vulvodynia, no cure, vulvodynia is chronic vulvar pain and discomfort. And I have interstitial cystitis, no cure. I am lucky to have a wonderful supportive and understanding husband which makes it easier to cope. I try to lead a normal life but sometimes the pain gets int he way. I hope to hear from everyone.

Chrissy

Try cutting back on carbs for last two meals of the day. may help

jump start the system. Do you take full advantage of the free days?

have you had a week off from the gym and the diet? if not take one

week off from the gym and try to eat sensibly, but try to throw your

body a curve ball, your body is used to the diet and has hit dreaded

plateauville and you need to do something to shake it up.

To increase fat loss if you plateau Hussman

recommends: " One of the best ways to kick-start your

results from a plateau is to add a new aerobic

exercise to your week "

http://www.hussman.com/eas/

I've been running for most of my cardio but thanks to

some recent posts I may look into getting a trainer

for my mountain bike to mix things up a bit. That and

I might try buying a jump rope (that's a small

investment).
