Should I worry about toxins in liver?

I've recently started eating beef liver, but have become concerned

about toxins that might be in it. In NT, it acknowledges this, and

says you need to pick out healthy organic liver.

The best liver I have access to is Beef Liver. I was eating

it about once a week, just a little at a time.

My question is will the benefits of eating it outweigh any negatives

incurred due to toxins.
