Forgot to mention that there are numerous health benefits to coconut oil and

milk and many of us on this list consume both regularly.

I also think Donna Gates is really onto something in treating the guts of

autistic children. I think I mentioned her book before, but is not, its " The

Body Ecology Diet. " I believe it's worth a read for parents of autistic

children. Her work is very much in line with the work of the Weston Price

Foundation, and you'll find lots of discussion about gut health on this list

as well.

Thank you so much for this info....it sounds as though you have

made a break through for me! I can't thank you enough.....I will get

the coconut milk today and try this....We don't use sugar here

anyway...we use a sweetner so this is going to be awesome...I will

let you know how it works.

Yes you mentioned this book and I am still looking for it used

because we are in the negative money wise...I really do want to read

this....Thank you again!
