Guest guest
Last few weeks I've been having some escalating problems with my left hand/arm. My hand is constantly falling asleep, mostly at night while I'm sleeping. Let's just say that my neighbors have probably been woken up a few times, despite their distance, by the screams of returning circulation. I can feel that there's something out of whack, especially in my elbow (sometimes sort of like a permanent state of having whacked the ole funny bone), but I wasn't sure whether it started in the elbow or the shoulder/neck. Note - I'm left-handed. So I go to the doctor yesterday - semi-naturopath - specifically about that. He hands me a bottle of B6 complex, says " take this, and if it doesn't help, go see a chiropractor. " Said the B6 is used in neuropathy. My question is ... how/why? Anyone know? MFJ Put DOWN the wheat, barley and rye! Keep your hands where I can see 'em, and back away slowly!! ~Helga the Glutenator
