Second batch OK but he grabbed all the gingerbread people and ate them before they had cooled. The pieces are all wonky and seem to have shrunk -heaven knows how I'll ever make a house out of them, and by the time I'd cut off the worst burnt bits, the panels were pretty small! The idea was to do some cookery with Henry. Think I'll stick to Shepherd's Pie next time. Does anyone know where you can buy, IKEA-like, a flat pack gingerbread house that only needs to be stuck together and decorated? (May try again next Christmas.)
