Yes, it's an enzyme thing. Try it at 120.

I have a toaster oven with a " warm " setting...you might want to invest

(~$30). I prop the door open very slightly to allow some of the moisture to

escape so it doesn't take quite so long (overnight does it if I have the

door ajar).

no hotter than 150? Is it an enzyme thing? Is soaking and drying at

170 alright? Any insight would be greatly appreciated- I have organic

raw pepitas and would like to prepare them. Would I be better off at

120 over 170?
