Thanks! Nutricentre does not have that one unfortunately... Just had from one parent who saw wonderful things with grape seed combo with phospcholine – there are couple of brands combining the two, this mum then also added lots of clo and the kid (teenager) flew from there. She thought it was the combo of grape seed with choline and clo, as per mary megson. Maybe worth trying?

We have just started grape seed without choline, after starting green tea 10 days ago – those two are also supposed to act synergestically (according to an old theory of mine :), and are seeing massive gains in cognitive function (will post more later). Having said that we did restart some of the oldies recently so God knows if it is only grape seed+green tea doing the magic.

Hi Natasa,

I get the American Biologics (from the States, clean expect for the

ubiquitous mag stearate, 300 mgs). It is a powder in a capsule,

which is why I find it easy to dose. When I used to buy the

phosphatidylcholine in those huge gel caps DS rarely got any of it

and my fingers were at great risk! Even now, with PC in the bottle,

it is one of the grosser liquid supps but at least I don't waste

it/dismember myself.
