Guest guest Posted May 7, 2004 Report Share Posted May 7, 2004 A friend of mine rang the main cheese factories here in New Zealand they appear to use homogenised milk in their cheese production. I suppose this means that it is full of trans fat ? How is cheese made in the US? I thought full fat cheese was Ok but is this only if it is made from pasteurised not homogenised milk.
