Guest guest
Have been using about a tablespoon daily all week sprinkled on salads, veggies after reading at Dr. 's website suggestion for Four Low Electrolyte Pattern, Deb sent. Have posted before that I've had a problem with added salt in diet for the last 30 years causing water retention. Salted, cured meats the exception. Tried a French sea salt before buying Celtic beginning NT with same water retention effect. Kelp is high in sodium like sea salt but is " not " causing water retention like salt. Feeling lighter actually. Probably it's weight loss helping qualities. Anyone have any clue to why the difference between sodium in salt and kelp? More amazing is this inner right ear issue I've had for 15 years. Initially I noticed when traveling in a car up in altitude my ear would pop all the time. If it didn't pop there could be slight disorientation from building pressure but it never has hurt. That has stayed with me through all my eliminations but is less and less noticeable. Recently thought could be gluten induced as inner ear infection found in gluten sensitive. Could tell olive leaf extract helped it when I used that before going gf. Kelp on the other hand after just a few days noticed my right jaw was popping, there was definitely something going on inside the right ear and hearing is clearer. Found kelp is also effective against many bacteria http://www.questhealthlibrary.com/other_supplements/kelp Kleb included. Wanita

Weight loss isn't an issue with me. Year ago I was the smallest I've been since 6th grade, have put on 10 lbs. and am still below the weight I've been most of my life. Feels and looks best. Had dark circles under eyes as a teen. Have recurred over the last few years even though I've eliminated a lot of food allergens. Noticed yesterday they're half dark now from nose halfway out. If they do go away could be the thyroid help of the kelp. Wanita

I've read that thyroid problems can cause weight loss problems as well as plugged ears, anemia and dark circles under the eyes. Does any of this sound familiar? -Walt
Guest guest
>Have been using about a tablespoon daily all week >sprinkled on salads, veggies .... Sea vegetables are very rich in iodine and some are rich in calcium as well. We find them very tasty. If you come to enjoy the kelp powder try some of the others in recipes or side dishes. We like sea palms, nori (laver), wakami, sea whips, and arame.
