does freezing hurt/destroy enzymes in raw dairy products?

i haven't been able to locate raw dairy locally yet so i'm going to

order from organicpastures.com some raw pasture-fed cream, butter, &

cheddar cheese. i'll be freezing the excess. does freezing

interfere at all/destroy the live enzymes and other good stuff in

these products or make it an inferior product in any way?
