It's true! Thai Kitchen does make a gum-free coconut milk! They label it

" PURE coconut milk " and it comes in the tiny can. The confusion is that

they also package " coconut milk " in the tiny can now and it DOES have guar

gum in it. My dh caught this--I'm amazed! The training is working!
