Guest guest
Hi everybody ~ just wanted to share this very yummy marinade that we've been basically using every day for our chicken. I buy a 12 pack of chicken breasts for about $8 every Sunday and marinade all of them, then grill them in my Foreman Grill -- I LOVE that thing! Here it is ~ this is for 6 breasts; I just double it for 12. Lemon Garlic Marinade 1 t. dried oregano 1/2 t. seasoned salt 1/4 t. pepper 2 t. butter buds + 2 t. water 3/4 c. water 3 T. lemon juice (I squeeze the lemons, and put the remains in there too) 2 garlic cloves, minced 1 t. chicken bouillon granules 2 t. minced fresh parsley I poke the chicken a couple of times and put them in a bag, seal it shut with this marinade. I've marinaded it for 1 hour and it tastes great ~ sometimes I leave it in overnight too. I can even eat the chicken cold like this, I use it for salads, sandwiches. =) Enjoy! Guest guest
This sounds like a good idea. Will try as soon as I can get to the store to buy some of those chicken breasts! --- sherahtaylor@... wrote: > Hi everybody ~ just wanted to share this very yummy > marinade that > we've been basically using every day for our > chicken.
