I think there was a discussion a while back on upping the Ca with

kimchi and fish/shrmp etc. Could someone who's got a tasty recipe

worked out post it for me? Thanks!

I'm also wondering if the tiny shrimp you get in the Asian stores

are farm raised. I'm assuming they are. I wonder if Anchovies are

also?
