Here it is again ( posted it).

1 lb of ground beef, mixed with an egg and spices (I use basil,

oregano, garlic and onion. Flatten into a pizza pan leaving an edge

like a pizza. Bake for 10 minutes. 400degrees

Top with sauce, add toppings and put back in the oven until the cheese

melts.

Tips:

Don't use bison because it is just not as good as the beef.

I like raw cheese, mushrooms, onions, peppers and tomatoes. Have heard

of using peperoni, though I have never tried it myself.
