Guest guest
Just wanted to say congratulations! I don't have any great advice, nothing that I'm sure you don't already know but eating organic whole foods is always good and I didn't limit to CFGF - you only really need to do that if you think you are suffering from a leaky gut but I'm sure there will be a variety of opinions on that! Mostly just to tell you congratulations! Guest guest
That's lovely news :-) Don't have work done on your mouth. Take CLO daily. Take methyl donors (MB12 is a good one) daily. Eat foods that help boost glutathione (like broccoli and asparagus, preferably close to raw). Get lots of vitamin D (probably need more than the CLO will give you). Eat organic egg yolks. Don't stress. Watch funny movies and laugh lots. Take a good multivitamin and multimineral, preferably one that allows you to take it divided 3 times a day. If you think you're low in iron, try to take it in the heme form (drippings from organic beef, for example). Congratulations Emma. I'm very happy for you :-) Anita -- In Autism-Biomedical-Europe , " bty18626645 " wrote: > > Hi I have just found out that I am very unexpectedly pregnant whilst I > am delighted (but very shocked) I would like as much advice as possible > about how to minimise the risk for this baby of developing ASD.I will > be CFGF and no sugar but any other advice am worried esp as I have a > gob full of ish dentistry ie lots of fillings any suggestions > gratefully received!!! thanks guys what would I do without this list? > em x >
Guest guest
Congratulations. I wish I'd had the benefit of the knowledge and research of all these groups before I got pregnant years ago. Two things I would absolutely recommend are Omega 3 fatty acids and as much good Vitamin D sun exposure you can get. I was at an omega 3 conference recently and the speakers have been trying to push for a government initiated free Omega 3 supplement programme for expectant mothers as they believe, based on good scientific evidence, it would greatly reduce learning problems later on. As expected their pleas are falling on deaf ears. bty18626645 schrieb: > > Hi I have just found out that I am very unexpectedly pregnant whilst I > am delighted (but very shocked) I would like as much advice as possible > about how to minimise the risk for this baby of developing ASD.I will > be CFGF and no sugar but any other advice am worried esp as I have a > gob full of ish dentistry ie lots of fillings any suggestions > gratefully received!!! thanks guys what would I do without this list? > em x > > > ------------------------------------------------------------------------ > > No virus found in this incoming message. > Checked by AVG. > Version: 7.5.549 / Virus Database: 270.9.4/1793 - Release Date: 16/11/2008 19:58 >

Guest guest
Congratulations! that's fantastic news. I wish I'd got pregnant by accident - such a daft thing to say but we were too snowed under to decide to have another kid and now it's too late. Everyone's given you great advice. the biggest dangers, i think are heavy metals so absolutely don't touch your amalgams and don't get a flu jab. make sure you filter your water especially if you live in an old house (lead pipes) and don't do DIY (lead in paint). Avoid aluminium saucepans, arsenic in garden furniture and antimony in mattresses. generally look after your health and stay hydrated. all the best - let us know when (s)he is born, Sara xxx Charlotte Okparaeke wrote: > > Oh congratulations! Guest guest
What should be done about Calcium supplementation though? Studies I have read suggest that one may reduce the amount of lead mobilised during pregnancy and lactation by taking a calcium supplement. I know you have spent a lot of time reading up on calcium and you seem to be against supplementation, but I think one should do everything to try to avoid releasing stored heavy metals into the developing baby. Guest guest
My advice is to limit exposure to microwaved foods, DECT phones and mobile phones each plays with the natural rhythm of the cells- similarly Wi Fi ( and Hubby too) And secondly to use the power of the mind- my sister is a nurse and with her knowledge she has imagined all the complications and problems in her pregnancies- and got them-- Set the intention that you will be able to easily conceive and carry in a healthy pregnancy the next little babe. That you will attract all the people necessary to support you in this journey and relax in the knowledge that with all this guidance it will be possible for Baby number 2 to enjoy positive health, And whilst you are having the healthy life programme, realise that hubby needs to do the same as his health will also influence the make up of your little one. T There is a DAN! protocol for pregnancy somewhere. Have a look on the DAN! website, if not I'm sure someone here will be able to help.Keep food as natural and organic as you can and lots of purified water. Avoid heavy metals - lead in water pipes, amalgam fillings (don't have them put in or taken out), mercury in flu jabs and other places and don't vaccinate your childSara ejayasd@... wrote:>> Hello>> This is my first time on the forum.
