Guest guest
Hi, Being this is such a high volume list I will try to keep this short and sweet :-) This is mostly new to me -not so much the concept but intricacies, if that makes sense. I'm here to learn more. Over the last 5 years I have been changing the way we eat and what we eat. It's hard to believe it's taken that long to make the changes though I suppose it's come along with how long it's taken to unlearn what I've grown up with and to relearn old truths. We have gone to eating only organic produce, dairy, meat and eggs. Gotten all of the processed/boxed things out of our life and seldom eat out or away from home. It's actually gotten so that I don't enjoy eating out all when I think about what I'm actually being served. We were also directed to a dairy farm right down the street from us that sell raw milk, butter and cheese. I am in the middle of the book _The Untold Story of Milk_ right now and do not yet have to book the list seems to be based on. I am only beginning my journey into reading about the studies of W. A. Price. Though I have found the older (oh and hopefully wiser)I get I find myself turning to the wisdom and beliefs and truths held by our ancestors that were much closer to the earth and nature and their relationship with them for my way of life. It's a very uphill battle in our society today :-)
