How is stevia in baking? I've tried it in tea and found it left an

unpleasant aftertaste.

I just use stevia instead. I like cake and cookies and there are a lot

of

non-wheat recipes in the two cookbooks I mentioned in a previous post.

Some use

honey, but you don't have to, just substitute stevia for any sweetener.

As

far as I know, stevia is NOT a sugar of any sort so it doesn't have the

negative effects that sugar does.
