I've noticed a lot of people who have posted a higher body fat percentage than me (32%), but weigh quite a bit less than me (230 lbs). This sounds odd to me. Does this mean that I have a lot of muscle? I know that my legs are very muscular from 12 years of cheerleading and gymnastics, but that's really the only place on my body I would consider "muscular". Almost all of my fat is around my middle, in my breasts and my cheeks. Everywhere else I look like a skinny minny. If this does mean that I am more muscular than your average chubby would that also mean that I should have pretty quick results with BFL? I thought that the more muscle mass you have the better you burn fat.
