Guest guest Posted May 4, 2004 Report Share Posted May 4, 2004 I already know about raw fats and bitter foods like dandelion, chicory etc. Any other suggestions? Also awhile ago someone posted about a bitters formula from an herbalist in I believe NJ. Anyone remember or have a guess as to which it could be. It was a suggestion for a better formula than the Swiss bitters that's in all the health food stores. They had a web site but I didn't save the reference to it. Thanks everyone!
