woo hoo! Ok, today I get my celtic sea salt. I'm going to get some

organic yogurt too because I want to make saurkraut before my

cabbage gets too flabby so i can't wait for my milk to make whey for

me, so I'll use my yougut-cheese maker to get some quick.. I'm going

to be making beet kvass in the not to distant future as well.

Gettin' excited!
